Q1. What is your term of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. Branded packaging is available with proper authorization for registered patents.
Q2. What is your term of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of the products and packages before final payment.
Q3. What is your term of delivery?
We support FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU delivery terms.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 7 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the order quantity.
Q5. Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings, including building molds and fixtures.
Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing on all products before they are delivered.
