A pre-installed substation is a type of transformer equipment used in transmission and distribution systems. Designed as a box-type structure with a compact and sealed appearance, it accommodates power equipment such as transformers, switchgears, and protective equipment. These units are widely utilized in urban, industrial, and commercial regions.

Due to its compact structure and easy installation, it can be placed flexibly across different sites, saving space and meeting diverse power distribution needs. These substations are prefabricated, assembled, and tested at the factory before transport, significantly reducing on-site construction time. They are waterproof, dustproof, and fireproof to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Components & Structure

The substation is divided into three functional compartments: High-voltage room, Transformer room, and Low-voltage room.

• High-voltage room: Consists of a primary power supply system supporting ring network, terminal, or dual power supply modes.
• Transformer room: Equipped with an automatic forced air cooling system and lighting. Supports oil-immersed or dry-type transformers.
• Low-voltage room: Offers power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, and energy metering.

With over 50 years of professional experience, the production facility covers more than 100 acres. It features an annual capacity of 2.6 million KVA for transformers and 1,000 sets of prefabricated substations.
